Our Post-Hiring Support
Once you hire an individual on the spectrum whether as a contractor or permanent employee, you want to ensure you are able to retain that talent. Focus partners with its not-for-profit sister organization, Orbital Learning Inc and provides retention services to help you do exactly that.
These services include soft skills support to the individual on the autism spectrum and autism-specific training and support to the supervisor, colleagues, and other stakeholders in your organization.
We deliver our services through regularly scheduled meetings and we are on-call, as needed.
Retention services are included in our placement fees for the first three months of a permanent hire’s employment and in our hourly rates for contract hires.
